Hope this still works, gave up and turned to the workshop after a shieldmaiden got maimed every way possible over the course of ONE CRUSADE! Including twice in one minor battle :D

Ok, it should work as intended now. Existing shieldmaidens will probably get injured one more time if applied to an old save but other than it will be properly capped.

Uhh... your mod needs to be updated. It keeps REPEATEDLY happening. And those people weren't kidding about it triggering when they're not even in combat. I got such circumstances TWICE. Both after I installed this.

My heir met a fine young lass when I introduced him to the realm, they become fast friends, she became a Shieldmaiden, damn good one, too. Fast forward to playing as him, I'm a Fylkirian Emperor of Scandinavia, and she is my wife.

And every major battle we're in, this fucking event fires! Literally even the first battle they're in, she gets maimed. Fuck you, RNG, you're NOT taking her from me! *Fires console commands decision*
