WinBSPC : To decompile a map.
J.A.C.K[jack.hlfx.ru] : Open a compiled map and fixing a problem.
Hammer World Editor : Editing,Compile,Upgraded Entities
VTFEdit : Convert textures form WAD files.
Goldsource To Source Map Fixer : Fixing scale of textures, Fixing I/O system,Fixing missing textures
Adobe Photoshop
