Scourge of Rakghoul

It seems that the Rakghouls are of human origin, although some cases of transformation of humanoid variants have also occurred.The Rakghouls were almost instinctual beings, and used to attack anything that resembled or smelled like food and devour any organic matter, hence their name of ghouls.

This weapon can infect other players to create an army of Rakghouls.
