[Photon] NDG's Components Pack 1 - Now with Q2B Prop!

Want to change up the colours? 'NardLibSXRB' now supports colour swapping.

This pack contains all the components made for NVFC Duty 21. As I was making Duty 21, interest was shown in the components, the Lightbar specifically.
The pack contains the SlimLighter, the Small Front Interior Trio, Federal Signal Viper Dual, and the Whelen Liberty SX in it's standard Red, Blue, and Red/Blue. The Lightbar is ready to be used for illumination. If there is enough demand, I may convert the other components into variants for Blue or Red/Blue.

A: You can request stuff, but I may not get to it quickly. NDG Creations projects take priority.

A: Please, lua is bad enough!

Q: Do you make skins?
A: If the vehicle has a template and I have time, I do.
