If you play on mouse and keyboard, you know what I mean when I say that entering the MOC is a gamble. But, I discovered a very simple way to enter into the MOC without using the vehicle ability. Just hold down the handbrake [Default: Spacebar] then press E and voila! Not sure if I am the only one to have this revelation but I have not seen anyone else say anything.
