For balance，the electric consumption was increased and the cost was GREATLY increased（about 2.5 million rubs）.

the model was the same as the origin one

全自动炼油厂，不需要输入原油，直接建在油矿区，自动产出沥青和原油。生产效率有很大提高，但是取决于原料质量（油矿绿块大小）

出于平衡，增加了耗电量，造价极大提升（大约250W卢布）

Fixed the problem that the game will crash when the storage is filled by dividing the building into two independent ones,doubled the production.

修复了当油库满时游戏崩溃的问题，由于游戏机制问题（TYPE MINE OIL默认只能指定一种产品不然会出错）原建筑被分为两个独立的建筑（燃油厂和沥青厂），造价不变，产出改为双倍
