Mayor's Dashboard v2

A lean dashboard with notifications (pull and push) to help you as a mayor of your city.
No cheats, only getting closer to reality.

Combines some existing essential mods for player comfort (integrated and stripped down for lowest CPU/Mem usage) + added features.

Functionality:
Dashboard like City Vitals by Keallu but:
+ Smaller
+ Auto hide watches when above 60% or 90%
+ Fixed but non disturbing screen location
+ Happiness as % next to smiley
Warning icons like City Vitals by Keallu
+ Fix but non disturbing screen location
+ 9 instead of 5 warnings
+ Alert when warnings count over 20
Advisory when to start saving for ..., as a label text next to Bank Balance
Export excess from Export Electricity by UndergroundHero
+ limited to water, sewage, electricity and university school
+ Export earnings as a text label

Known issues:
- Big city and low in RAM -> network warnings not cleared by the AI.

Status:
- Developed on 1.12.1-f2 and tested on new, small and +240K pop. city as well as in a scenario
- Mod was tested against some popular other mods (see change notes for the list)
- Mod is not yet tested with any DLC's
