Introduction

Hey guys! It has been a while since I have posted a new mod (or worked on my previous mods) but todays one is a mod that I have desperately wanted since the first day I fired the up XCOM 2 WotC DLC. I am of course talking about that awesome Purifier armour and being able to wear it on your troopers. Unfortunately I'm no game moddling artist and I didn't really know where to start so I decided to get this commissioned finally so we can all enjoy this awesome armoured hazmat suit.

What this Mod Currently Contains:

This mod currently contains the Purifier's Helmet, Torso, Arms, Legs and Fuel Canister Backpack which can be equipped on all base game classes and new DLC Factions. I have taken the time to make it fully customisable so you can colour your Purifiers stealthy dark colours or bright pink if you so desire. :)

Most patterns work on the armour too. I had a bit of trouble getting some of the bigger patterns to work, I'm not sure how to currently fix this but 90% of the default patterns work and look fine so I feel that isn't such a big issue but I may fix it in the future if I figure out how.

Special Thanks

I feel like I need to give a massive THANK YOU to E3245 (https://steamproxy.net/id/E3245/) who was very kind as to take on this commission for me when no one else offered. He broke up the Purifier's model and turned it into armour pieces for me and did most of the code. Not only that he helped me figure out the last couple of coding features I wanted to add which I had never done before and gave me advice on making the parts customisable. This was a fun challenge, I have made weapons customisable before but never worked on bigger stuff like this and I'm glad it all come together and is looking as awesome as it was in my head. Really though, this mod simply couldn't have happened without E3245's help and hard work. One of the nicest modders in this community, always willing to help and he has so many great mods that you should totally check out if you haven't already. :)

@bautistaronjae25 It is! You can get the stun lance in one of my earlier mods here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1131733469 and you can get the flame thrower in my second pack here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1123308019 They make for a pretty fun combination. :D:

Any chances we will be getting a Spectre outfit too? Or at least his helmet? It is a really cool design, but I can understand why it can be annoying to deal with its body considering how it...Literally dismantles itself when moving.

Wonderful, thank you - and definitely will. I sent you a friend request to co-contribute as well.

@NightNinja54 Sure, that would be fine. Please remember to give credit and link back to this cosmetic version. :)

Hiya, can I use these assets for the ADVENT Armor mod series I've been working? Aiming to make a buildable and playable ADVENT Purifier armor set.

@Darth_Smuckleton It mostly just effects the patterns. :)

So, the Primary and Secondary colors just kind of blend together on this?

Hope for the future we can get the Advent priest cosmetics (And even a bonus some abilities the priest can use)

@[OG]CombatMedic02 Think you'll ever release a version that adds these pieces under its own a armor instead of adding it to Kevlar? Mixing and matching is all well and good, but it doesn't really look as clean or organized. You could make a new "ADVENT purifier armor", give it these pieces and give it fire resistance.
