Better Outsiders Bonfire description

Description
Changes the outsiders bonfire in such a way to not be a hardcoded description.
Make sure this is above falconer if you have her.
Not Compatable with stuff that changes district costs.

This mod is so perfect, especially if you use the Falconer and the Wretch. Every name is correctly displayed and organized...

The names of the heroes do not appear. I play in French, and the heroes' names are usually placed after the description, not before. Is this the cause of this bug?
