Carthage Female Generals / Politicians

Description
Although I am not aware of any mentions of Carthaginian women involved politically during the Punic Wars, the city was founded by Dido / Elissa. Considering this, I have changed the Grand Campaign so that women can be involved in battles and politics for the faction Carthage.

Please note, the characters who are present in the beginning of the game still have the "Family Duty" trait as I did not want to edit StartPos tables for compatibility issues. All this means is that they cannot be levelled up when they gain experience from battles. Any new spawning characters will not have this trait so will behave the same as the Carthaginian male generals/politicians.

Women can be faction leaders and heirs for Carthage in this mod.

Please let me know if you have any issues or further suggestions.

Hey Mud, I have not tried but it is quite a simple mod so I would not expect a conflict.

I'm not really the person who wants historically inaccuracies when it comes to women as generals and politicians but if some people do then I don't see anything wrong in letting them have it

Imagine when you bring politics to a game mod..... bloody hell, Sometimes I wonder if some people can see behind "incels, rightists, lefttists and etc" and for once in your fucking life, enjoy a game with its mods. Wanna play as female? No one could care less

I have been able to upgrade any female characters

General Lancestrodamus: is this for all female characters who spawn or only those who start the game? Those who start the game cannot be upgraded but new ones who are born, hired or married to join the game can be upgraded the same as the male generals.
