Description
Fan Favorite Android 21 from Dragonball FighterZ joins Rivals of Aether! I'm glad to finally present the finished product of Android 21, with completely overhauled sprites and an adjusted moveset to match. My interpretation of 21 is a highly skill expressive and combo-centric character, that ramps up damage quickly but might have trouble killing with the wrong reads. I will briefly explain mechanics unique to each move below, so that there is no confusion on how an attack or special works.

Jab: Can be tilt-cancelled

U-tilt: Can by jump-cancelled on-hit

D-tilt: Can adjust the position of the tail based on holding either forwards or backwards during the startup frames of the move.

F-tilt: Has a tipper sweet spot that sends much further, but is rather small.

U-air: Just a standard up-air.

D-air: Has a tipper sweet spot that is slightly bigger than f-tilts, and spikes. Has high landing lag on whiff.

F-air: Decently large multi-hitting hitboxes allow for drag-down fairs that can extend combos.

N-air: A decent multi-hitting combo extender that sends at a more preferable angle than F-air, but cannot be dragged-down (as easily).

B-air: A reverse knee-drop that gains all of it's momentum on the first frame and can be jump cancelled until it hits, allowing for some crazy backwards momentum with practice. Automatically cancels into a vanish-attack on hit. (This move was working the way I wanted it to in practice, but let me know how consistent it is in the comments for you guys. I might have to re-code it.) B-air's second hit is a kill move at high percents (and low percents but requires highly risky plays.)

U-strong: Large anti-air hitbox that deals the most damage/knockback on the first two frames, but has a longer lingering hitbox that deals less damage/knockback.

D-strong: A solar flare based attack that briefly stuns the opponent allowing for quick follow ups, such as jab.

F-strong: A kamehameha without the beam. Deals the most knockback of her strongs, but cannot easily be confirmed into.

U-special, Hors d'Oeuvre Stab: 21 flies upwards very quickly then plummets downward, similar to Incineroar from SSB:U. Unlike Incineroar, there is more of a grace-period to turn around that doesn't require a B-reverse. The downward plummet can be angled slightly further out or closer in by holding right or left respectively at the apex of her flight. The move's upward flight can also be cancelled early by pressing special once more. During the downward plummet, the decent can be wall-jump cancelled. The move goes on a very brief cooldown once it hits the ground.

F-special, Connoisseur Cut: 21 Leaps forward, stunning the opponent briefly before throwing them behind her. This move's trajectory can be changed by holding either upwards or downwards in the starting frames. The move does a lot of damage but goes on a moderate cooldown once successfully hit. Best used for combo-ending.

D-special, Barrier Sphere: A multi-hitting shine-style attack that can be jump-cancelled.

N-special (ground), Total Detonation Ball: A rather straight forward projectile. Decent damage, long range, and high flight speed.

N-special (air), Explosive Energy Blast: 21 flips while firing three small projectiles at 3 different angles. Each projectile does small damage, and only deals hit-stun if the enemy is already in hit-stun. Great for extending combos, and for tacking on small damage.

I hope everyone has fun playing 21, please leave suggestions on balancing below in the comments! I want this character to be both balanced and fun to play, but I suspect she's on the more overpowered end of things as of right now.

the reason why her ingame name is "NEW ITEM" is because she accidentally used her candy beam on herself instead of cell or something.
