A4 Partial Cloverleaf

Description
A4 Partial Cloverleaf

A4 partial cloverleaves (parclo) are typical of North American suburbs (like Toronto or Omaha). They are considered to be the service interchange with the highest capacity.
This one is pretty standard with 4 through lanes one the highway and 2 on the avenue. Lane mathematic is respected for traffic flow purposes.
This is more or less as compact as you can get while remaining realistic in terms of slopes and merging angles.
For once I did not tried to replicate any specific parclo, but I reviewed many of them and tried to make a simple one fitting for CS.

Instructions
  • Place on flat ground
  • Remove the segments holding the loops
  • Set up lane connectors and timed traffic lights using TMPE, I included pictures for reference.

@purringcat Thanks for the info, I wasn't aware of it. It's still working for me, but I understand people are afraid it will break with a game update. I moved away from Next2 for my interchanges a while back. I now use USRP for highways. What collection do you suggest for streets ?

Nice intersection but Network Extension 2 mod no longer works so this shows up as failed asset

@Witchberry
Left is a 4-phase configuration, right is a 2-phase configuration. Pick one
Each row corresponds to a phase, with diagram for left and right intersections. (the highway runs vertically inbetween the intersections)
Each diagram shows which lanes have green or red light active.

I have some trouble understanding your TM:PE config diagram :( how to read that?

I found that one of the cloverleaf ramps wasn't connected to the arterial. Also, thanks for including the diagram for light setup!

np the lane management is awesome here! the roads are definitely different. think they have there different uses. csue is the hardest to work with but when its all said and done its got the most realism and the smallest footprint. The merges are great and I wish the Vanilla game had something like that! Function wise Shuto probably easier to work with.

Thank you ! I see you've moved to SHUTO now, do you find it better than the other expressways mods (ronyx and csue) ?
