Influence Rebalance

Beskrivning
A small rebalance mod which changes the positions, costs, and outputs of most Influence producing buildings for a smoother production curve, as well as reducing the new Agreement upkeep costs.

Changes
-----
Infinite Supermarkets: add +5 Influence on Happy
Spin Project/National Museum: Swap location
National Museum: Reduce cost to 280 industry (to match new era), change effect to +15 Influence per System Level
Culture Center: Increase % bonus back to 20% from 15%, reduce Influence per System Level to 25 Influence per Level from 40
Body Language Institute: Increase % bonus back to 10% from 5%, add +1 Influence per Pop
Intergalactic Lectures: Change effect to +10% Influence per Friendly Faction
Trade/Science Agreement: Reduce to 1 Influence upkeep per Pop from 2

yes that be great, as in people know what they are getting into. Especially when u play with the empire and influence is actually an important part for you.

A mix of buffs and nerfs, so earlier unlocks aren't so dominant and later unlocks aren't so bad.
