Several problems, some of the roads wont load, neither will many home. Map lacks trees too

Well everything works fine but the map has no trees. Do you use any custom tree assets?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting this save file to load. Looks awesome! I want to try so bad but it only loads about 3/4 of the way for me.
