Utalaze Coaxial Frigate

Description
This is the Coaxial Gun variant. Stripped of the forward area and setup to mount a Size 3 coaxial gun.

The single top CIWS turret has been relocated to the bottom of the ship. This does reduce its anti-fighter/torpedo coverage for the top of the ship obviously, but does boost defense of the lower half.
