Info:
The Utalaze Frigate is a rather expansive platform that allows far a vast degree of versatility with regards to its intented purpose. Thought the main body of the ship retains the traditional large cargo housing and rigidity, its forward section is very much modular in design and can be reworked to many specifications.

This specific version specializes in intel gathering.

Additional Info:
The next addition to the Utalaze Organization. Going down the list of ship sizes, this one is a system slot smaller and generally smaller overall. The idea was for a ship with a "spinning" drum for training and housing personnel.

Academy stats, if you were to simply convert the drums cargo bay allows a total of 3 for Academy Capacity. Rather small, sure. But there's a lot of cargo blocks that can be converted for more capacity. Change that single block to cloning, and it allows a capacity of 18. Really depends on what might be needed.

After building it, i decided to play around a bit with the front. Stripping out the drum gives it a pretty cool look and went a bit further to mount a Size 3 coaxial gun to it. Probably not the most durable ship in the later stages of the game, but definitely has potential.
