One of my most important mods is called City-States Diplomacy, or CSD. It completely overhauls how city state influence is calculated, and it seems I forgot to switch that mod off in the testing phase. With that mod enabled, the Bird Choir gives 300 influence.
Now, I tinkered a bit with the promotion, so it now gives 300 in vanilla, but then it gives a ludicrus 1000 (<- yep, three digits) with CSD enabled. So, to help people who wnats to use CSD, I will upload a new version of this with the old promotion, and update this one (tomorrow, in my time-zone I'm soon going to bed).
Thanks for letting me know; that was a silly mistake. But while on the subject I can definitely recomend CSD. Once you try, you will never go back.
