Normally, a newly generated galaxy might or might not have, for example, any voidstones.
Without this mod - from the wiki: Medium and larger galaxies have all 8 Common luxuries and only four Uncommon and Rare luxuries which are chosen randomly. Smaller galaxies can have only four Common and two Uncommon and Rare luxuries.
With this mod - All eight common luxuries on anything but tiny. Better chance that your favorite rare and uncommon luxuries exist somewhere in the galaxy.
I added a summary to the types available in a given galaxy.
