Rebuilding means you must destroy them if you have a savegame. When you start a new game, you are fine.

I fixed the glow. Took me literally 1 min to google the problem and repair it. Too bad author can't be bothered, it seems. Anyway:

...\workshop\content\784150\1884741286\switch\Material.mtl
$AMBIENTCOLOR 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000

But you must rebuild the asset, existing ones continue to glow.

if you want to add footpoth connections. Change the text from building.ini in
steam folder:\steamapps\workshop\content\784150\1884741286\switch
