Tsuyu Asui (WIP)

Description
A simple addition of Tsuyu Asui to Rivals, big WIP as up air, down air, all strongs, and specials aren't completed. Also for some reason the portrait doesn't show up? Not exactly sure how to fix it.. The portrait/victory sprite was made by Jacob-turbo, and the sprites used for basically everything was made by GameInvader. Very epic.
