Delta Center 2.0(RE-RELEASE)

Description
This is the Delta Center by Crazyglueit, now re-imported into the game to function as a varsity sports stadium!.
However, The asset has gone threw MANY technical changes to update it to it's current way, both to make it functional as a varsity sports stadium and to make it work best with this current version of the game, as the original asset is, at this time, almost 2 years old, with no updates by the author since publishing. Some things that were done to the asset to modernize/ update it include:

-color map being added to fix building being recloured as a whole when being moved to varsity sports category(work of myself)
-building being broken down into Sub-buildings to make it accurate scale in relation to the scale around it
-textures being modified to remove any signs of real life teams so it can be a open-canvas to the users wants(work of myself)
-textures being cleaned up to remove any imperfections from myself or original uploader
-Special worker titles being created in relation to this asset
-re-work to the buildings night lighting map to better operate with new sub-buildings
-fixing of the buildings LOD mesh
-fixng of the roof map to match other shadows on the asset

All this was fixed and improved thanks to Strategy Nerd, so a HUGE thank you goes out to him for his work on this
Also, thank you to Crazyglueit for creating the base model and textures

NOTE TO DOWNLOADERS: certain parts of building will not light up, other times it will. This is NOT a bug, but rather a by-product of using sub-buildings. Strategy Nerd has done his best to mitigate this issue as best as possible. Trust me, it is MUCH better since it was discovered in testing

Thanks mntoes, I can't really take much credit tho. Most of the work was done by Strategy Nerd. If it wasn't for him for taking a look at it, I can say for sure it would have not made it to the workshop. Great guy tho and awesome creator!
