Spencer Estate (RE5)

Description
This the "Spencer Estate (RE5)" sceneries from xnalara (sceneries ripped from the original games). converted for gmod by myself.
This model is a big model, that's why i release it on a map.
Because to compile this model I had to cut it into 14 pieces, he was too big for the source engine.
and for avert you to assemble the 14 pieces in gmod (really, not easy) a piece, look like you see on the screen 6)

I have assembled they myself in hammer.
And at the same time, I put the ambience, with lights, fog, a personal texture for windows etc..
And therefore made a map.

This model has no physic, so no collisions (too lazy to make 14 physmodels).
But to facilitate poses in gmod I created the ground, barriers and columns, in brush with the nodraw's texture.
As you can see on the screen 5

p.s. I have also add an icon to the spawn menu on gmod

Pretty amazing what you accomplished here I haven't seen this map till yet. Huge resident evil fan looking for more maps ofc so even though its small and doesn't have collision is more of a awesome art piece where the Wesker fight took place in that cut scene I believe and where Spencer and Wesker; Wesker kills Spencer amidst ending conversation. Cool area to port or scan/pose over into gmod.

Would love to see a bigger Spencer Mansion map similar to that of RE5's DLC with ai nodes by someone one day, so ZINV can dynamically spawn Resident evil Zombies around the player.

uh ok, my bad 😅. I've never heard of xnalara before I assumed that was some decompiling software for RE5's engine or something

@corvoattano5678: Dude I converted this to 8 years ago lol. And (like i wrote in the description) I hadn't ripped it at the time. This is a xnalara scenerie that I converted for gmod.

I'm thinking about trying to port Resident Evil 5 as a playable mod in Gmod, could you please teach me how to rip (I assume mesh-based) maps into source so I don't have to make everything as exact replicas all out of brushes? I'm experienced in Source and I've mad some playermodels and maps so don't worry about me not understanding
