***UPDATE****

Seems like the startupvids script doesn't reconigze other files than the original ones from the game.

Then, go to your Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media folder and delete this .bik file: "l4d2_intro" (this is the default intro).

Finally, just put l4d2_azur_lane.bik on this folder and rename it like "l4d2_intro.bik"

Save changes, and that's it.
