Effluvium Fuel Station (KSH Station Competition)

Description
The Effluvium Fuel Station is perfect for deep space hydrogen refueling.

Especially effective when located near an ice field, preferably next to an intergalactic bypass. Great for contracts to haul or aquire ice.
