Hunker Down Flanking Fix WOTC

Description
There is a bug in game where flanking a Hunker Downed unit still provides that unit the Defense bonus. This fixes it, it gives you a bonus equal to that Defense bonus to hit if you are flanking the unit.

Any ability that uses StandardAim and StandardMelee benefits from the fix. If I missed a special case where an ability uses another Calc method hit me up in the comments.

This is a long overdue issue I wanted to fix.

Please report instances where the bonus is not applied or is applied incorrectly. Summary testing shows no issues.

-= THE DODGE BONUS =-
I elected to leave the bonus dodge in from Hunkering, since you are actively trying to defend yourself. It's also a lot of work to negate a dodge value from the other side.

If you have a mod that reduces Dodge if panicked such as my Status Effect Penalties Mod [https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1137905049], the bonus from Hunkering will be cancelled correctly if the unit is panicked like the image (the default value from the other mod is -30, so the total bonus from Hunkering while Panicked would be +20 to Dodge here).

-= HOW IT'S DONE =-
All units in game (and i mean all of them) get a silent, permanent ability that checks for Hunker status and Flanking status. If both are true, the bonus is applied to the shot. The ability is similar to HuntersInstinct for the ranger.

However, the behaviour without this mod is now that both teh defense AND the dodge bonus are conditional on not being flanked.

So if you want, there's space for a mod that makes Hunker Down's dodge bonus apply even if flanked.

I can confirm that this is no longer needed, though I'm unsure as where the fix is - probably Highlander.

Using this results in the attacker getting +30 aim against flank hunkered units but not the -30 from hunker.

Somehow i think this is hardcoded by XCOM itself. It feels like an artificial nerf the devs put in.

The only other explanation i have is that the bonus would be given to the Warlock (so a penalty) which would make it fail constantly but he has high enough Will that it would succeed sometimes. I dont know how to troubleshoot or fix this, if it's even a thing.

100% no mindshield. It was early campaign so I included a rookie for him to mental attack and steal info and leave the battlefield. I sent the rookie up to him and the rest stayed back. The rookie was immune to his attacks for several rounds until I guess it could be the hunkering. It worked the moment he was not hunkered. It happened again in later encounters with other un-mindshielded but hunkered soldiers.

I may have caught a weird bug where hunkering down makes the soldiers to immune to the warlock's metal attacks, possibly any form of mental attack. I can't be sure, but yours is the only mod i have which makes changes to hunkering
