Play as Dio from the popular anime series Jojo's Bizarre Adventure!

He is currently about 80% to 90% complete, only thing that is currently missing is his custom sound and effects.

His Gimmick: He gets a stack of Za Warudo every 50% when using Down Special he uses that stack and creates a huge hit box around him. Metaphorically pausing time and hitting you during that time.
