Tornado Alley #1: Texas Panhandle

Description
(5-28-2020): Tornado Alley #2 experienced a handful of problems and is in limbo for now. I have another work-in-progress that might also come out sooner or later.

(11-8-2019): Tornado Alley #2: Northern Oklahoma coming soon. I'll be posting a few screenshots of the map's progress.

(10-17-2019): I updated the map to hopefully fix some things: the issue with the map not being playable on servers, the bad lighting, and the missing stop sign texture. I also added a few more physics props. Please tell me if those issues are still there.

*TORNADOES NOT INCLUDED - SCENERY ONLY*
Map name: ta1_txpanhandle (in Other)
This is my first published map and the first in hopefully a series of scenic maps based on Tornado Alley in the central United States. I would like to do at least a couple more of these in the future.

Tornado Alley #1:
This map is based on the landscape of the Texas Panhandle, where tornadoes often occur in the spring and summer. Specifically I referenced an area about 15 miles south of Amarillo, TX, 7 miles east of Canyon, TX, with elements from surrounding areas.
Exact location: 34°56'28.13"N 101°46'32.73"W

The map includes a three-way dirt road intersection with four fenced-off pastures. Two of them are accessible by car and you can easily jump the fences. I added some physics props to toss around and some other landmarks to spice things up. I recommend playing with brightness turned down and HDR/bloom turned on.

Again: the map does not include tornadoes. It works well with the tornadoes from gDisasters (not affiliated) and can be used with those for cinematic or sandbox storm chasing scenarios.

Stop sign courtesy of Francis115.

The map uses custom textures and usual Garry's Mod props. You shouldn't need anything else because I packed the map files, but please tell me if anything looks wrong.

I see that some people were invested in the maps so I'll say that the Oklahoma map I was working on for a while kept kitting a bunch of walls and I was unable to fully compile it on my old computer. I basically started and finished college in the time since I last touched it. In 2020 I tried to make a less complicated version but I still didn't have the processing power on my old laptop. For both versions it would be stuck compiling forever and the longest I let it go at once was 24 hours. My new laptop is a little more powerful and younger so I've been thinking about giving it another shot since I have the Hammer map files backed up. They are missing some elements that I would have to fish off my old laptop, which might be tricky because it's practically comatose, and I definitely did not miss working with Hammer and all the other programs involved. So anyway don't count on it but I haven't decided on giving up yet

Hey, Lockwood I know you're probably not going to reply to this, but I was wondering if you are still working on the map or are you just busy?
