Small admin building

Description
A small administrative buiding, functioning as a town hall with reduced personnell requirements comapred to the original one.

This model was originally developed by Pashka2125 for "Cites Skylines", and has been adapted for "Soviet Republic" by me with full permission from the original author.

All credit for the 3d art goes to Pashka2125.

@Xbalamque the city hall allows you to more readily access the demographic data for your people, as well as see the Town's GDP and the resources it produices/consumes.

What use is that building in the game ? I mean, what profit ? Better satisfaction, give some demografic benefit ( more poeple come in town ) ? Or it's purely estetic ?
