Description
Joke character that gives every other character a motion blur trail. Feel free to use the code for your own projects!

- Motion Blur Related code is located in init.gml, other_init.gml, update.gml, and other_pre_draw.gml.

i kindly wish this doesnt get turned into a buddy. but make a hole new code (copy and paste) and edit it to a buddy so i can still have fun with unlocked potential
