Report a translation problem
The new 2.6.5 build planner seems far less intuitive than the old one where you just set a monthly stipend to the build fund and it auto-built useful stuff for you. In 3.0 the province selector works very well but it just isn't to par in 2.6.
They are effectively different games.
M&T 3 is to M&T 2 as M&T 2 is to Vanilla EU4.
That is to say, M&T 3 is a much deeper economic simulator at the cost of being more opaque.
They are both enjoyable, Go watch some Count Cristo videos if you want an introduction to M&T 3.
1. Go to Steam library, right click Europa Universalis 4
2. Click Property (at the bottom)
3. Click the BETAS tab
There's an additional hurdle if you want to access a patch older than 1.27 but if you just want to play this mod, no need.
