Description
OVERVIEW
Adds the Organisation of the Zodiac (OZ) led by Treize Khushrenada, based off the anime Gundam Wing, a militaristic nation centred around 'We Love the King Day' and Great Generals.

SPECIFICS
The OZ civilisation has the following unique elements:

- UA: FOR HIS EXCELLENCY
- Cities celebrating 'We Love the King Day' receive +33% Production when building land melee units, which are more likely to spawn Great Generals in battle.
- Free Barracks in every city.

- UU: LIGHTNING COUNT (Great General)
- Same abilities as a Great General.
- Moves at double the rate (4).
- Ignores enemy Zone of Control.
- Confers a 50% city attack bonus to other units within 2 tiles when next to an enemy city.

- UU: MOBILE SUIT (Mechanized Infantry)
- Same attributes as Mechanized Infantry except its classed as an Armor unit.
- Ignores rough terrain penalties.
- +15% combat bonus when sharing a tile with Great General.

DESIGN NOTES
Another civilisation idea I've wanted to do for ages. Probably the only anime civ I'll make as I have particular nostagia for this show with Treize being a favourite antagonist of mine. Had a hard time balancing this one - the Lightning Count is perhaps more powerful than the Mongolian GG replacement but the UA has a condition that can be hard to acheive sometimes and Mobile Suits come a bit too late in the game to be super useful (but perfect for lore reasons!). Let me know if you think something should be tweaked.
- Music from the Gundam Wing soundtrack ('That Day Was the Last Day I Saw Your Smile' for peace, 'Treize Khushrenada: The Person Who Makes History' for war).

OTHER NOTES
- No starting bias.
- Takes city names from other nations in the game since they had forces stationed in cities across the world.
- Uses the Ethiopian Civ icon for city labels or if there are multiple OZ players in a game.
- Some liberties taken with the lore of the show in the Civilopedia entries to better fit the game.
- Have fun with the 'Lightning Warfare' tenet!

Haha, true but they're still no match for GDR units - "It's a Giant Death Robot!"

Must have missed that in testing, I can see now that the Lightning Warfare promotion applies directly to Great General unit, not its class so replacements won't be included. Guessing means Great Khans too. I'll fix in the next update, thanks for pointing that out.

Trouble is, the Lightning Counts don't seem to be affected by the Movement Increases in Lightning Warfare.

Thanks though I try not to make my designs too OP - I find getting WLtKDs can be hard in the early and late stages in the game and they only last 20 turns so the UA isn't that great most of the time. The GG replacement is strong but you'll need to be smart about unit placement to get the most out of it and Information Era unit replacements are only useful right at the end of the game. Since everyone plays differently at different speeds/difficulty/with other mods, it's hard to completely balance everything.

@Marco
Sure does! Many of the tenets fit right into OZ's policies on the show.

Thanks... well at least it was consistently wrong if that counts for something. Normally if its the odd typo, I'd ignore it but when it's the unit name... yeah, updated.
