Hello, Wastelanders!
In this my first Fallout 4 guide I want to help you find these beautiful and cool rifles that the modders DeadPool2099 - The Shiny Haxorus and friends have placed in the game. The mod in question is Service Rifle[www.nexusmods.com] and it will add Service Rifle from Fallout New Vegas, based on legendary M16 platform, with completely scratch-made models, textures and animations.
I loved my old All-American[fallout.fandom.com] from Fallout New Vegas and I am having a lot of fun using these new rifles, so I hope you enjoy this cool and lore friendly mod!
2. The «Accelerator»
Special effect: Chance to knock down or stagger enemies. 50% more damage.
You can find it on an enemy in Quincy Ruins[fallout4map.com]
3. The «All American»
Special effect: Does double damage if the target is at full health.
You can find it in Decayed Reactor Site[fallout4map.com]
4. The «Atom's Glory»
Special effect: Does 50 points additional radiation damage.
You can find it on an enemy in Jalbert Brothers Disposal[fallout4map.com]
5. The «Lovemaker»
Special effect: Does increasing amounts of damage the more withdrawal effects you are suffering.
You can find it in Sunshine Tidings Co-op[fallout4map.com]
6. The «Patriot»
Special effect: Critical shots do double damage and the critical meter fills 15% faster.
You can find it in Listening Post Bravo[fallout4map.com]
7. The «Survivalist's Rifle»
Special effect: Changes caliber to 12.7mm. Chance to knock down or stagger enemies.
You can find it in Abandoned Shack (Glowing Sea)[fallout4map.com]
8. Magazines
Also, the mod adds 2 special magazines that allow you to modify the regular rifles and carbines. They are vendor sold:
1. Attachments Magazine from KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor[fallout4map.com]
2. Sticker Magazine from Arturo in Diamond City Market[fallout4map.com]

if you pick up the accelerator before finding the postmans body you simply need to locate the postmans body (look for a guide that shows where it is) and then loot whatever hes carrying and the quest will continue as normal. The other rifles wont spawn unless you loot the postmans body

When looting Ghosts body I picked up what looks like The Accelerator but its named "Makeshift Gauss Rifle." Also after looting his body I received a check for locating the postman's body but the quest never furthered or completed. Please help.

Neither magazine are available for purchase when I check Kleo or Arturo. There's nothing there...?

For some reason the quest didn't update after I found the Accelerator on the Postman's Body in Quincy Ruins. So glad there's a walkthrough for this because I would have no idea where to find these things otherwise!

Oddly enough (and luckily!), I found All American while tagging locations in the Glowing Sea. Thank goodness my curiosity got the better of me when I saw the Decayed Reactor Site!

Update. I got it. Not sure how or why, but the last spawn actually spawned ANOTHER one in dog meat, and when I grabbed that one, it triggered it. He had one before this too, but grabbing that one didn’t do it then, but did this time. Bad Dogmeat. Bad doggy!
