Description
***Warning, I haven't touched this mod in years and I do not plan on revisiting it. It appears to work fine still except when a ton of other mods are installed. I greatly appreciate the support I've gotten regarding this mod and I'm glad it made so many of you enjoy the game even more. This was not a terribly difficult mod to make, and I'm 100% sure that one of you could easily replicate and improve upon the original intention. Good luck and have fun!!***

This mod aims to make two adjustments to Followers. The first, allowing all followers to scale with the player to the level cap of 81. Second, make follower inventory management better.

The level cap adjustment was made so that players did not feel pigeon holed into their choice of follower. For example, I chose Ria as my first follower and was disappointed when I found out she was level capped to 25. Now Dovahkiin accross skyrim can take any follower to the height of power!

The inventory management is being accomplished in the following way:
All mage robes have been given an armor value of 1 and should no longer be subbed for clothing.
Followers have had their default inventory set to null, and then I have painstakingly gone through their loadouts and recreated them. This should allow you to completly customize all of your followers, without any kind of annoying switchbacks. Followers still choose the "best" gear to put on and they do this via armor/damage value. However, say Lydia keeps switching back to her steel armor (default), now you can take it away from her and she will be forced to wear what you give her. This should also fix the housecarls huntingbow/iron arrow bug.

*****UPDATE*****
All follwers except for Cicero have been updated to refect the inventory fixes and the level cap.
I fixed the naked problem by giving the followers default clothing. The inventory function remains as all of the followers will change to any armor over their clothing. However, like before you will need to access a followers inventory before they will make any decisions. If you dismiss a follower they will swap back into their default clothing. I tried to give each follower a sense of individuality with their clothing choices, but some of them just don't invoke the same aestheitc appeal.

In the future I will be working on a way to have an "update script" so that when the player walks into a location with a follower it will prompt an inventory update. This will fix the asthetic side of the mod, the functional side is 100% ready to go though! (except Cicero whoops)

To answer some common questions that are being asked:
1. Even though mage robes have been givin 1 armor, this does not classify the robes as "armor" in the game. So it will not affect the alteration perk mage armor whatsoever.
2. This mod will not affect any followers added into the game.
3. This mod does not change any dialogue or add any scripts into the game, if you are having problems with either of these things please check your other mods.
4. The "giving" of armor/weapons is accomplished through the inventory screen just like normal.
5. This mod does not change how followers level, it changes the cap that they can level too.

When I downloaded this it did not appear in my load order even though it says it loaded it. Now when I opened the nexus manager it was in ther load order. When I unsubscribed your mod it no longer loaded your mod, but in the nexus manager it's still there. I cannot delete your mod.

I haven't touched this mod in two years. I do not play Skyrim any longer and cannot make promises to its compatability. I appreciate all of the positve comments and messages in the past, but I will not be updating this mod. Happy gaming!

Could this mod be updated for the Hearthfire, Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC's?

I wish this mod SAID that it ruins Lydia's awesome manly attitude. There's like a million feminine females in Skyrim, why do you change HER?

will this mod conflict with http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12933/? mod?

The mod does not seem to working anymore. Followers have their vanilla default inventory and mage robes have 0 armor instead of 1.

Just what I was looking for to get my motley band of Nord recruits to shape up and wear proper Imperial armor. TENCH-HUT!

Does the mod still work for the Legendary Edition?
