[WOTC] Civil Warrior Squadmate

Description
DESCRIPTION

This mod contains:
- Civil Warrior (Helmet, Arms, Legs, Torso)

CHANGELOG
---

TO DO:
- none at the moment

FAQ:
Q: Can you do ___? Can you add ____?
A: I am open to suggestions, but my capabilities are still very limited as there is still a lot to modding that I do not know.

Q: Where is Captain America's Shield!?
A: The shield used in the pictures are from HotChocoletyLez's Captain America Character Pack (link below). I opted not to make another shield as the one he made really looks good, and me porting one in would just look worse.

BUGS / KNOWN ISSUES:
- Clipping (Invisible Heads is not necessarily required, but it is recommended because the neck clips through the body)

Mods in Pictures:
My Avengers: Endgame Weapon Pack
HotChocletyLez' Captain America Character Pack

Recommended Mods:
HotChocletyLez' Captain America Character Pack
jvara's Black Widow Squad Mate
ObelixDK's CX MarvelPacks Ironman , CX Marvel Squadmate - Spider-Man and CX Marvel Packs Deadpool
Iron Man Repulsor by me

Found the bug causing these cosmetics to not show up ingame. The author used the exact same template name ("CivilWarriorTorso_KV") for all 3 types of power armor, presumably causing the final entry to override the others. To fix it, just edit the ini and give all three power armor sets their own unique template names (eg, ""CivilWarriorTorso_KV_L", "CivilWarriorTorso_KV_M" and "CivilWarriorTorso_KV_H") for the torso, arms, and legs. You'll also need to add entries to the Localization file if you want the part names to show up ingame as "Civil Warrior" instead of just a generic part number. The helmet isn't affected, so you can leave it as is.

I'm having a really weird problem with this mod. I have power armor unlocked in my campaign, but only the helmet shows up in the parts lists. No torso, no arms, no legs are listed. I've never had this issue with a cosmetic mod before and I don't have a clue what the problem might be.

A little announcement: Since I will be stepping away from XCOM and modding, If anyone wants to continue to update and add to this mod, please feel free to do so as long as you give credit to the people who created the resources I used. As of now, assume that all of my mods will no longer be supported.

@Quaternion That would be, quick simply, EPIC if you found time to do that! I went to download ∑3245's library but noticed it was Vanilla so not sure it would make a difference to a WotC save. There doesn't seem to be a WotC version of it...

@Mr. Fonz Let us know how it works out! When I finish my next mod (Hint: Quantum Suits) I'll try to make time to redo the textures for the previous mods using the method I did with this one :)

@Thy_Revolution: I guess I'll give that a go to see if it makes a difference, but my understanding was that it was a tool for modders to use to create these mods, and as Quaternion says, those textures should be included... Anyway, I'll try it and report back! Thanks guys.

@Thy_Revolution I dont think that would solve the problem because the the library is already included in the mods :(
Thy_Revolution 17 Sep, 2019 @ 7:52pm
@Mr. Fonz, maybe that's the ticket, downloading E3245's Extended Materials Library?
Quaternion  [author] 17 Sep, 2019 @ 7:35pm
@Mr. Fonz Hey, I am so sorry the other ones still have that bug :( I am still trying to figure out what exactly causes that, but I have not been able to replicate the bug yet. The only difference of this mod from the previous ones is that this does not make use of E3245's Extended Materials Library, so maybe I might be using that wrong or something.
