Autopilot Course Selector Daughterboard Microcontroller

Description
Aedificate Co. Industries brings to you our new autopilot waypoint course controller. With it, you can set up a course of waypoints that you want the vessel to go to instead of just a point-A to point-B. In fact, you can even save multiple courses in this controller.

How to use
• Adding a waypoint is easy. Enter the waypoint into the keypad and then press "set" once you have the desired slot selected.
• Don't want a waypoint? Press "delete" to remove the selected waypoint.
• Scroll up and down using the scroll buttons.
• You can skip waypoints by scrolling during autopilot.
• By leaving an empty slot between waypoints, you are creating two separate courses that can be switched between.

Autonomous functions
• When the autopilot input is true, and the ready input is true, the controller will move to the next waypoint. If the next slot is marked as "empty," then the controller will not move to the next slot but instead signal that the course is complete.
• If the selected waypoint slot is marked as "empty," then the course selector will redirect the keypad input to the AP system allowing you to quickly go from point-A to B if necessary. It will signal that you've reached the waypoint when that occurs.

Setup information
• Connect the "ready" output Boolean from the mainboard to the course selector controller, and connect the course selector's own ready output to the other autopilot daughterboard. This allows this daughterboard to run a course of waypoints before shutting off the AP system.
• Connect the GPS keypad to this controller, and connect this controller's LONG and LATT outputs to the mainboard.
• Connect an instrument panel with the following configuration:
  • Push button on Boolean 1 as "scroll up."
  • Push button on Boolean 2 as "scroll down."
  • Push button on Boolean 3 as "submit waypoint."
  • Push button on Boolean 4 as "delete waypoint."
