puts crafting recipes into clocktower and puts clocktower into inventors table lv2

no more desperate searching for these tiny houses in overbloated default workbench

that clocktower is duplicate of original
so you can craft both
but only 1 will work as crafting station

mb i will fix this later and remove 1
but i dunno
