Description
UPDATE 2:
- Removed the vehicles wheels. Those bug the buyoancy
- Rebalanced the ship now that the buoyancy was debugged
- Some labels weren't named
- Added ropes
- Improved transmission with the one I use in more recent ships. Top speed is now like 35knots or something
- Added Range calculator. Full speed on Gear 4 gives you 160km range
- Made the steering sticky (!!!)

UPDATE:
- I replaced the Electric Connectors with Small Connectors on both the Derrick and Flag.
- I balanced the ship by adding weight and removing some weight blocks that were making her top-heavy
*This means the SB listing is much less. It still lists a bit but a lot less than the initial version. For some reason, in open waters it doesn't list.*

In 1958, Kriger Shipbuilding Ltd. built the St-Charles. A tug boat that was supposed to be used by the Royal Canadian Navy but unfortunately the deal fell through and Kriger Shipbuilding Ltd. was left with a tug boat on its hands with no one to operate it. It was left dormant for a number of years right up until Kriger Salvage & Towing Company was founded. The St-Charles was then transfered over to Kriger Salvage & Towing Company and has been in use in salvage and towing operations around the world ever since. In the early 2000's she was retired after many years of faithful service and it is only recently that Kriger has invested time and money in a Modernization Program for its old vessels. The Modernization of the St-Charles was the first but not the last.

The St-Charles cold start sequence is a bit old and not much is automated. Her engines are started with compressed air. Here's the startup sequence:
In the engine room, Open the Fuel Valves underneath the cat walk
Open the Fuel Pumps
Turn on the Coolant Pumps
Turn on the Turbochargers
Don't forget the Lube Oil Valves, there are 2 and you will find them on the way to the Shop / Stores directly on the Lube Oil tank.
Turn on the Air Compressor. The Air Compressor will fill its tank and when it reaches a threshold it will dump its air into the engines and start them up.
Go to the Bridge and operate the St-Charles like you would normally.

If something happens, you will find the emergency manual rudder override through a hatch on the main deck.

On the roof you will find FIFI canons. These are old so don't look for pitch adjustment there are none.

You will need a modded workbench to spawn this. The mod is available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/stormworksbuildandrescue/mods/1

If you don't wish to mod your game, you can use the mission spawner I will create soon. Check it out on my workshop page! (when it's created)
