Your Capital receives any surplus Food of Cities under siege by you or your enemies. Increased Gold generation by 15% upon signing a Peace Deal, decreasing by 1% every turn

Deep-Water Port

Unique Angolan Seaport replacement. Provides the same effects as the Seaport, and additionally +2 Gold per source of a Specified Resource either within borders of this City or the target City of outgoing Trade Routes. A new Resources is Specified as the required one every time a Peace Deal is signed, boosting the base yield of the Deepwater Port by +1 every time. City must be on a Coast.

Revolutionary Cadre

Unique Angolan Great Person, replacing the Great General. While providing the same bonuses as the normal Great General, the Revolutionary Cadre may order your Units to a new tile within a three tile radius, moving the Unit instantly and without spending any of its Movement. Earn points toward a Revolutionary Cadre whenever a new Citizen is born in the Capital.

Installation

Brave New World is required.

Steam

1) Select Subscribe above
2) Start up Sid Meier's Civilization V
3) Enter the Mods submenu
4) Enable the mod by pressing the circle to the right of this mod's name
5) Click next and start a game

Direct

In the past I have either provided a direct download option through Dropbox or Drive, or recommended using SteamWorkshopDownloader[steamworkshopdownloader.com]. However, the former has the disadvantage that it requires me to keep the direct download version of the mod up-to-date, which is unnecessarily inconvenient, and the latter is unstable and often not functioning. Thus if you need to download this mod directly, let me know and I will provide a link.
