Description
This is an experimental mod - it may not function as expected.

Rotor Variety by Argual

Note this mod is still fully functional and is feature complete.

There are a few variants to test things out. Beware the airtight one is a bit finicky to place blocks on the actual rotor head as i had to add mount-points to the rotor base sides to make it airtight.
No idea how to call them so...
They use the vanilla build stages so be weary. No LOD's yet.
Avoid survival games and any grinding because of lack of build stages.

Do link some creations in the comments as it may give me a better idea of how to go about this if i see how it's used. :)

REUPLOAD CONDITIONS
  • If My mod uses another authors work that does not give editing permission by default, You will need to ask listed authors for permission first, after which the continuing conditions apply.
    This will be noted on any mods using other authors assets and other contributons.
  • Mod name cannot be the same, it has to differentiate itself from My original mod name by something, some prefix or suffix.

    By reuploading, you are taking any updating responsibility on your own.
    However, any updates I make that would still work for Your mod as well can be integrated.

REMARKS
Even if a mod is an update from another existing mod that has an open permission, the assets or code are still my own, in many cases remade from scratch so I own the rights for any assets in cases where the changes are significant.

WARNING
Failing to follow any of the listed conditions, I will consider it as copyright infringement and will take action.
If for any reupload inquiries I don't reply within a month and you attempted to contact me at least three times within that month (I just may not have seen it or wasn't able to respond timely after which I forgot about it), you are free to use it as you see fit.

Very awesome and needed design of rotor... <3
The Big Ring rotors are hollow and can pass threw them which is cool, probably good for a turret entrance.
however can you make a another one that is a conveyor connection threw the ring, and or a T or 6 way Intersection conveyor to output to the ring too
also a small block variant too, though in saying that my last test for putting thrusters on roters was NOT very successful :steamsad::steamfacepalm:

adding thrust doesn't work as a rotor speed drive while the rotor in in neutral, I Tested Vanilla Rotors too, no real consistent spin...:steamsad:

anyway love the trough drive rotors that made making my walker easier to make :cozybethesda:

I think due to how volatile those blocks are, I might have restricted it to category only, meaning not visible in general blocks etc. Not sure tho, can't remember. Also, usually just using search works too.

It goes without saying that it's a glitch fest. Even if it was working correctly, it's still a rotor and SE is well... SE. 🤣

It's not even a finished mod but a quick concept work. It's not even close to done. It needed construction stages, LOD stages and scripting to actually enable the tunnel rotor to have airtightness etc. That was the plan anyway. It needed scripting cause the mount points weren't enough. If I remember correctly, it has some placement issues because i tried to do airtightness via mount points alone instead of scripting due to lack of knowledge and time. 😅
