Description
As said in the ancient times, "If the mountain is too steep, fly over it."

5 = transform (tip: make sure the landing gear are extended before switching back to rover mode)

rover controls:
1 = toggle left rotor direction
2 = toggle right rotor direction
j/l = adjust rotor/wheel RPM limit (30 or less is good for climbing steep slopes, 60 is good for flat land)

copter controls:
i/k = adjust blade pitch (press F12 to view aerodynamic forces overlay and fine tune with i/k)
3 = control from central probe core (for landings, press 3, engage SAS, and set target orientation to radial out for automated level flight, then focus on i/k to adjust blade pitch and land)

When mine is in Helicopter mode It always swings to one side, or when it takes off it spins around

refuses to throttle up at all for me, Torque limit is stuck at 0%

Nice!, about the limit for flat land, what happens if you increasce the rpm to above 60 on flat land?
