Is it national?

Description
Adds icons to wonders showing whether they are national, international, or team wonders.

- The city state icon will be prefixed to wonder names that are national
(BuildingClass.MaxPlayerInstances == 1)
- The golden age icon will be prefixed to wonder names that are international
(BuildingClass.MaxGlobalInstances == 1)
- The team flag icon will be prefixed to wonder names that are team based
(BuildingClass.MaxTeamInstances == 1)

I have a problem, each time I loading save game, there is one more ICON prefexed added... how prevent multiple update of DB?!

when ever i subscribe to the mod it appears in a folder empty in my mods folder and doesnt appear in game, any fix?
