Wiki for developers[vuthakral.com]

The Draconic Base is a development framework for the content creators of Garry's Mod. It includes many various things such as material proxies, extended player functionalities, a lightweight but versatile weapon base set, extensions to player customization within the game, and a small library of lua functions & systems meant to make otherwise complicated systems within the game easier to create.

The Draconic Base does not alter any pre-existing systems within Garry's Mod. This means it is entirely clean and leaves no dirty marks when installed to your game or server. The Draconic Base does not and will never alter stuff outside of its own code. In layman's terms, IT SHOULDN'T CONFLICT WITH ANYTHING.

Everything I do is free because I can find some fun in making it, or because it helps others make fun things. If you would like to help support me financially so that I may keep doing what I do, then please consider checking out my Patreon[www.patreon.com] page. It is also tied in with my server community / servers which I host. I love doing what I do and I hope to be able to keep doing it for as long as I can.

The "Draconic Base" is a free-to-use addon. Please adhere to the Garry's Mod Steam Workshop Rules[wiki.facepunch.com]. This most notably includes "Do not reupload addons". Please do not reupload the Draconic Base. It is an actively-maintained project, and reuploads will create conflicts. It is a base for a reason.

A proper usage agreement can be found in the License file[github.com] on the GitHub.

I'll add it to my to-do list, but it won't be immediate as I have a lot of stuff to do currently

can i edit which voiceset belongs to what playermodel so the voiceset could be tied to a playermodel instead of always switching voicesets and the playermodels annoyingly, if so how can i do that (without messing with code) or if not then please add that function

I'll look into it, though I didn't encounter this in testing.

@UlτrαΤwο yeah those ones seem to have some kind of issue i dunno why, though the prop versions of the AIE-468H and the M247H seem to have a texture bug, The front of the guns are bright white as if they were overheating

I know which ones Anubis is talking about as I am also getting the same errors as well:

For the UNSC pack, it's the AIE-468H and the M247H.
For the Covenant pack, it's the Type-25 C (Spiker) and Type-51 (Covenant Carbine).

It reacts to any of the halo sweps and any of its prop counter parts.

Which weapon? Also are you just trying to spawn it as a prop when this happens?
Mister Anubis 31 May @ 6:55pm
Every-time i try to spawn props in or use weapons related to this base i get this error.

As in Experimental First Person? I'll look into it. They probably changed something again.

@Uuthakral I use the regular modern warfare base weapons, but they go invisible when I use realistic first person
