Description
Based on the Royal Bank Tower or Tour de la Banque Royale in Montreal. This neo classical tower was built in 1928 and was the tallest building in not only Canada, but the entire British Empire. Made some adjustments to the base window layout because of poly count restraints and adjusted the shape and dimensions of the base to make it easier to fit into cities.

Sun Life Building is a possibility. I'm not very good at creating large buildings while keeping the poly count low so who knows. I would struggle to make that and keep it below 20k triangles.
