Description
recovered from the lame refresh rate my addon folder has, little is known about this addon, but part of the description has been recovered aswell:

THIS IS AN EXTENSION FOR WIREMOD, NOT CONSOLE COMMANDS
This basically allows you to give holograms made from E2; collision capabilities and rescale that collision mesh.
physics mesh is taken from the used model

if this addon works is a different question, it might be the reason why this was removed in the first place (also don't use AI upscaling on a 128x picture to upscale to 512x)
