Whiplash Overhaul

Description
Overhauls whiplash to actually use the ripjack instead of doing a fixed amount of damage.

This has a secondary effect of whiplash inheriting the +20 aim ripjacks have.

Default settings also switch it from a single charge to a cooldown ability.

There are also a whole pile of other fun little effects you can turn on in the config if you really want to, including stunning robotic foes or giving a giant NoYouDon't to priests that think they can sustain their way out of it.

Compatability:
It's possible that Udaya's Critical Skirmishing may overwrite any aim changes you make, if it's OPTC runs after this.
However, using the Highlander should make sure they run in the correct order.

This will replace the whiplash changes that Electrical Damage Consistency does, but the default setting includes it's effect.

Whiplash Aim "Fix" is pointless with this, as you have even more aim fiddling options with this.

When it comes to mods changing if whiplash uses cooldown or charges, the last OPTC will win.

It does not have support for MCM, meaning you need to go into the config files themselves

Couldn't find this mod in the config menu? Do I have to go in the files to turn on stunning robots and such.

hmm.. in the .ini near the bottom is the option for using custom damage values.. try setting that to true... I did this for my game because I also edited the values on the following lines... I've not had any problems with this mod thus far

Eh I dunno, could be something weird in my load order. The skill "works", does the animation and everything but does no damage.

*points to screenshots of it working* you're gonna have to give me more to go on.
