Nod Combine PMs and NPCs

So this is something that I wanted to do for a long, long time but never managed to (previously) finish.

This adds NPCs and playermodels of Nod Combine forces. This is basically a joint of Command & Conquer (Nod) and Half-Life 2 (Combine). Also includes Nod propoganda posters, which originally replaced the HL2 ones, but I hexed them.

!IMPORTANT! HOW TO SPAWN GUNSHIPS PROPERLY!

If you want Gunship to spawn gibs on death, every time you enter a game open up the spawnlist (Q key by default) and click on 'spawnlists' then find 'addons' then find this addon 'nod combine pms and npcs' and click on it. Then spawn ALL of the Gunship gibs. Then Gunships will spawn gibs on death as long as you don't disconnect from the server. I don't know why this is happening, I guess because the game can't pre-catch the gibs. If you don't spawn all of them, then Gunships will spawn only the ones you spawned on death.

To spawn a Gunship, you must point at the sky, or it will be stuck. You can still move it out of the ground with physgun.

All included:
NPCs for trans-human soldiers, GUNSHIP, STRIDER and Breen.

Breen is just as dumb as the HL2 one you can spawn from the spawnmenu. Doesn't move, just looks around, 8HP.

STRIDER AND GUNSHIP HAVE PROPER CUSTOM GIBS... FIRST EVER IN GMOD... and in general gunship and Strider NPCs are rare. Elite Strider NPC didn't have custom gibs, so if you destroyed it with Combine/energy ball or Magnusson device it would use the default Strider gibs. I discovered a method how to force the model to spawn custom gibs instead of vanilla ones. ALSO FIRST EVER GUNSHIP NPC THAT ISN'T AN IMPROVED AI WITH HL2 MODEL.

Playermodels with Combine c_arms, shotgunner variants for standard and prisonguard soldiers, manhack for police.

Bugs:

Strider floats above the ground. I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idea why this happens. I tried to use similar code to the Elite Strider addon, but then the model was an error.
