Int Daggers

Makes daggers scale with Intelligence rather than Finesse for Physical damage. This is to make in theory a decent blaster rogue that can use their spells for magic damage and weapons for physical damage while keeping the same primary attribute. This mod does not add elemental daggers to the game but I have seen/used several mods that work fine for that sort of thing. This mod does override all daggers in game to Int, maybe in the future I'll make a different version that adds Int Daggers to random loot/vendors while keeping Finesse Daggers as well.
