The Official Antistasi Community presents Antistasi 1.9 Community Version

!!This version is no longer supported by us!!

AntiStasi 1.9 is a Community build which separated from Barbolani's Antistasi at version 1.2, formerly known as Antistasi 1.8 and/or Antistasi 1.9.

Since then it got a lot attention by developers within the Community and developed into an even more guerrilla-like gameplay but with a lot of game-mechanics of the basic Antistasi.

!!Please keep in mind that this publication is a non-bug-fixed release!!

This is a Persistent Whole Map mission, for SP or MP Coop, focused on Resistance Infantry and Guerrilla Tactics.

Features :

- Altis is in a Faction vs Faction war on which the players play the role of rebels fighting against foreign occupants.
- Possibility of Undercover-Operations, same as a Resistance soldier can do.
- AI Enemy Commander which reacts to your movements and manages his resources.
- Enemy Network Comms that may be disrupted.
- Improved AI compared to Antistasi 1.4
- Even more and different missions than in Antistasi 1.4
- Completely different system regarding cities, city supplies, factories and stuff – you actually have to help the town to win them over
- The unlock in the arsenal is not a thing anymore.
- Completely different and improved garage system
- Implementation of ADV enhanced medical
- more vehicles from RHS
- Code re-arrangement
- Curatormodule for #adminLogged
- More items unlocked like GPS, Parachute, pistol holster, LR
- Anything may happen, anytime, anywhere. Even more than with 1.4 missions.
- Persistent Stat Save System: You won't lose game or server progress upon a game update.
- Enhanced AI Squadmate control.
- Playable in SP, MP, and persistent open server MP.
- Build minefields, improve bases with static weapons which AI will use.
- Altis gets destroyed as long as the war evolves.
- From Guerrilla ambushes on the beginning to BIG battles at the end.
- Integrated Mods: TFAR, ACE3, FFAA and RHS. None of them mandatory.

A wide variety of things, some key ones that I can remember from the top of my head are:

A more advanced garage system than the one used by Barbolani (which has since been recreated in the community version)
A more advanced city supply system that involved locating resources and capturing and transporting them to towns.
A completely different code base created by a community development team (some of which went on to produce Vindicta)
A method of purchasing weapons through either NATO support, where a helicopter would deliver a supply crate of equipment, or by meeting a dealer known only as "The Sketchy Irishman" from whom supply crates of random weapons could be purchased.

This came at the expense of stability issues, as when Barbolani returned to development the code base was rolled back to his last work and he continued from there and thus beyond the version numbered 1.9 there was no further work or maintenance carried out on this codebase.

@SSyllauf, Be the host/logged in admin, and use the zeus binding. This is normally on shift+y however it is best to rebind as it may conflict with mission keybinds.

@[Meerkat] thanks, appreciate it. i liked how you could win over towns by killing the occupiers. 1.9 was pretty cool

@jpecora Apart from one or two issues with ACE since its update in early 2020, it should still work mostly as it did. There is an ACE updated one created by a community member floating around which you could ask on our discord for a link to if ACE is a must for you.

i know this isn't being updated/supported anymore but does it still work? i remember liking the 1.9 version over 1.4. just curious if it still runs as intended

@The_Star_Wars_Guy Look at the link in the description of this file, you will find links to the community editions now at 2.3.2. Do note that these 2.x versions were built upon Barbolani's version 1.4 which is vastly different to 1.9 (and actually came after, the version numbering is weird)

@Postatos the reason for spawing naked is because it takes longer to load i belive the more people the longer it takes
