Jurassic Park Wonder

Description
This mod adds new Wonder, Jurassic Park. Provides a new luxury: Dinosaurs, and gives +5 science.
It unlocks with "Plastic technology". If you have any suggestions for this modification, let me know in the comments ;).

Also it would make a lot of sense to give a tourism bonus with the wonder.
