Description
Thanks to Ronyx69 for making the Additive Shader mod available. Please Subscribe to said mod if using this asset.

This is a simple billboard style prop with illumination and bloom in order to create a "hologram" look. This is part of a larger Blade Runner style collection in the works.

You should consider making vertical and horizontal light bars of varying colors to decorate buildings with, would be neat and really unique!
